Lockdown at the Connaught with immediate effect

FOR YOUR INFORMATION AND WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT:

The Connaught have been advised to close our doors to all visitors, day care clients and the general public for the safety of our Residents. This also means that residents will not be able to go out into the community.

This is due to the Covid-19 a number of community seeding cases which have been detected in Alderney, and as yet, the source still remains unidentified.

These restrictions will apply to all persons other than Medical Professionals i.e. GPs, Ambulance crew and our staff and will remain in place until such time as it is deemed safe to review

We will, of course, keep everyone informed as the situation progresses
